Invest for Rental

International people are coming to major cities like Madrid and Barcelona to work, study and travel. In recent years, rental prices in Spain have increased significantly, up to 26% in urban areas

Its beautiful beaches, temperate climate, vibrant local culture, the establishment of many European headquarters, have been attracting increasing numbers of foreigners who generate a significant demand for rental properties.

Cities like Valencia and those in the Canary Islands are on Government’s strategic initiative to develop as haven for the digital nomads, its affordable properties expected to have high appreciation and at the same time enjoying very high rental yield.

Since Q4 of 2021, we see a rising demand for rental in these cities. The education and tourism industries are opening up and are returning to the old normal before the COVID
